Can you refill your atomizers? (Tanks, Rda’s, Clearomizers)
Yes and No. We offer a range of disposable products that are sealed from production, which cannot be refilled. Other products offered may be filled and are often accompanied by an instruction booklet with step-by-step filling guidelines.
Are parts interchangeable between different models?
Yes, parts are sometimes interchangeable. This depends on the thread size, commonly 510, and the capabilities of the paired devices, for example the OHM load ratings and wattage ranges of device.
How long does a bottle of eLiquid last?
This really depends on how frequently you use it and what vaping device chosen. For someone using a CE4 tank and an Ego 650 battery a 10ml bottle will last 4-7 days while someone with a 0.1ohm RDA and a 150 Watt box may go through 10ml in a single day.
What do I need to get started?
To get started in the vaping world, we offer “Starter Kits” that include the cartomizer (Place for the e-liquid) Battery (The powering device) and the Charger (A usb plug and charge device, used to recharge your battery). Other than this kit you will need to choose an E-liquid and the specific nicotine level you feel will adequately satisfy your needs. If you are a pack a day smoker then you will start with a higher nicotine level than those who occasionally smoke.
What is an Electronic Cigarette?
An electronic cigarette and vapor pens are one in the same. They both consist of a power unit, a coil, wick, and E-liquid. Most E-cigs are sealed and do not require refilling of e-liquid. Most vapor pens with liquid tanks require refilling.
These devices work by heating a small coil that in turn heats the E-liquid. This heated E-liquid forms the vapor. E-liquids range in strength of nicotine, thicknesses, and also quality of flavors. Never use substandard E-liquid. All e-liquids manufactured by Image are held to a higher standard than current industry standards.
What is Dripping?
This method involves the user “Dripping” liquid on to the coil of the device. This method usually produces more flavors and an abundant, plentiful vapor. Common practice among dripping is the use of an RDA (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer) as well as a higher-powered device.
What is important about Batteries?
Batteries are one of most important parts of your device. Batteries are rated based on MAH (Milli amp per hour). In general if a battery is rated 650 MAH it will last for approximately 6.5 hours. One must consider the OHM load in which the battery is operating. When a person “Drips” or uses an RDA the resistance in the coil is usually below one OHM. An Ohm is a measure of electrical resistance. When operating at low or Sub-Ohm (Below One Ohm) the stability of the battery is a major factor in vaping safety. Always use quality batteries that are protected such as an IMR or IRC. This is an internal protection that will divert power in case of battery overload. All batteries sold by Image are recommended for all applications and are tested to be safer power cells when used on a vapor device.
What is a USB Passthrough?
This is a feature offered in some devices that allows the user to charge the device with a standard USB plug and the included charging cord. A passive passthrough charger allows for use of the device, but only on the current charge of the battery. An active passthrough charger allows for use of the device while the device is charging.
What is mAh?
milli-ampere-hours: It's a measurement of the amount of energy the battery can store. The higher this number is, the more energy it can store. More energy means longer use-time in between charges. This has nothing to do with output voltage. Higher mAh also means it will take longer to charge and it usually also means that the battery will be larger.
What is resistance/ohm?
Resistance is a term that describes the forces that oppose the flow of electron current in a conductor. Resistance is measured in units called ohms. The scientific definition of one ohm is the amount of electrical resistance that exists in an electrical circuit when one amp of current is flowing with one volt being applied to the circuit. Great but what does this have to do with an Ecig? With some of our atomizers and cartomizers, we offer a resistance/ohm option. Basic explanation: The lower the ohm, the quicker the atomizer heats up. This translates to more vapor and possibly shorter lifespan and increased chance of experiencing an unpleasant burnt taste. Generally speaking, low resistance atomizers (1.5-1.8ohm) are intended to give the user an experience similar to a higher voltage setup (4.3V-6V) using standard voltage output batteries (3.2V-4.2V). Resistance is not as important when using a variable voltage device because the user is able to increase or decrease output voltage accordingly. However, this is not always the case. With dual coil cartomizers, we recommend 1.5 ohm - 2 ohm for 3.2V-5V devices and 6V for anything above 2 ohm.
What is the average lifespan of an ecig battery or atomizer?
Batteries, atomizers, and cartridges should be treated as consumables because they will degrade from normal use. Replacing parts is a normal recurring expense associated with electronic cigarette use.
Do my batteries come charged?
Batteries are shipped with a 30% charge. It is recommended that you charge your batteries before use.
How can I recycle my lithium batteries?
Use the links below to find a battery recycling drop-off near you:
What is in eLiquid? What is PG and VG?
The ingredient in eLiquid that causes it to vaporize in heat is PG, VG or a combination of both. PG= Proplylene Glycol VG= Vegetable Glycol/Glycerin Most eLiquids contain PG, VG, water, flavorings and nicotine. We carry a multitude of blends of PG/VG, nicotine levels, and flavorings. VG : more vapor, less throat hit than other blends, This element provides the “Vapor”. High VG blends are not recommended for small tanks or small coil devices. PG Blend: Greater "throat hit", provides great flavor and the typical smoking sensation. Nicotine-Free/ Zero Nic: Much less "throat hit" than eLiquid containing nicotine and usually lighter in color
How should I store my eLiquid?
eLiquid should be stored in a cool, dark area away from direct sunlight. eLiquid, cartridges, atomizers, and e-cig's in general may contain nicotine and should be kept out of reach from children and pets.
Why should I keep spare parts?
- Atomizers can burn out at anytime. They last anywhere from 3-6 weeks of moderate use. We recommend having at least 2 spare atomizers in case one burns out.
- The capacity of e-cig batteries depreciate over time and from use. E-cig batteries come in contact with liquid from daily use. This is why they have a short lifespan of 1-2 months.

LED - Abbreviation for Light Emitting Diode, which provides the light at the end of E-Cigs and gives users the look and feel of a real cigarette hit.
mAh - milli-ampere-hours: It's a measurement of the amount of energy the battery can store. The higher this number is, the more energy it can store. Many versions are constantly evolving in order to improve the performance the user desires. Shop our selection of Clearomizers.
Dripping - Dripping is the act of allowing e-liquid to manually get to the heating element by “dripping” e-liquid onto the heating element directly. Some consider “dripping” to provide the best vapor, throat hit and flavor. No e-liquid delivery system is involved from a typical electronic cigarette system.

Throat Hit (TH) - The sensation users get when vaporizing eLiquids containing nicotine. There is no throat hit if there is zero nicotine in the liquid being used.
Variable Voltage (VV) - Variable Voltage allows you to control how many volts your device will produce. With a variable voltage e-cig, you have the ability to dial in the voltage by a click of a button or sequence. A typical voltage range for variable voltage is 3.0volts – 6.0volts and VV device’s can change these volt settings in .01 increments.
VG (Vegetable Glycerin) - Commonly referred to as VG, this E-Cig ingredient is a compound that comes from vegetable oil, in particular palm or coconut. It has powerful humectant properties, meaning it is able to retain moisture. VG is clear, colorless and very sweet. VG is used in eLiquids to amplify vapor production and as a sweetener. Because some people have light to severe reactions to PG (propylene glycol) they may require eLiquids that are higher in VG content. Considered safe for human consumption, it is a vital ingredient in most well-balanced eLiquids.
Wire - The key tool needed when looking to build your own coil, which allows advanced E-Cigarette users to make their own E-Cig atomizer. Shop ourselection of Wick & Wire.
